In the rating agencies’ opinion, ‘…the ratings reflect the company’s strong market position in its operational area in the Urals and part of Western Siberia, in both the fixed-line and mobile segments. Being an incumbent fixed-line operator, Uralsvyazinform benefits from significant economies of scale, servicing 87% of regional fixed lines.
